1. Money-Back Guarantee

Our Money-Back Guarantee is applicable only to specific purchases, such as certain software packages or services, clearly highlighted at the checkout. To be eligible for a refund, clients must adhere to the conditions outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee.
1.2 Refund Request
Clients must submit a written refund request within 15 days of the payment date, detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.
2. Deduction for One-Time Costs
2.1 Fixed Deduction
In cases where a refund is approved and development hours have been spent customizing the software to the client’s specific requirements, a fixed amount of $1000 will be deducted from the refund total. This deduction covers one-time costs associated with configuring the software to fit the client’s work processes.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Review and Communication
Upon receiving a refund request, Automatex Agency will conduct a thorough review of the issues raised. We may communicate with the client to discuss possible resolutions before proceeding with a refund.
3.2 Deduction Notice
If a refund is approved, the client will be notified of the fixed deduction amount for one-time costs. The remaining refund amount will be processed within 3 days of the decision.
4. Exclusions
4.1 Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in cases where dissatisfaction is a result of changes in project requirements after development has commenced, delays caused by factors beyond our control, or disputes arising from changes in business priorities on the client’s part.
5. Modification of Refund Policy
5.1 Changes to Policy
Automatex Agency reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
